We ship throughout Malaysia with trusted, trackable couriers. Every order is packed in protective Adiba Ayu packaging, ready for gifting.
Once your order is confirmed via WhatsApp, our team will share the delivery cost and estimated arrival time for your location, and send you the tracking number as soon as your parcel is on its way.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your piece. If something is not right, contact us on WhatsApp directly after you receive your order and our team will help arrange an exchange.
Items should be unworn, in original condition and in their original packaging. As every piece is handcrafted, small variations in pearl shape and tone are part of its natural beauty and are not considered defects.
